Rising to the Challenge: A report into the application and impact of Challenge 25

A new report into the effectiveness of Challenge 25 has found retailers are making good progress towards tackling underage sales of alcohol. The report, which was brought together by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group, identified proxy purchasing, whereby friends and relatives buy alcohol for young people, as a problem area which requires further action.
