The VDP Rheingau is proud to present the world – wide first international launch of the Rheingau Riesling “ERSTES GEWÄCHS” from the last vintage 2011. The “ERSTES GEWÄCHS” is the ultimate quality from Riesling in dry style in global competition. The focus of the tasting will be on the wonderful 2011 vintage, including estate-bottled Rieslings in the upper segments in modern dry or traditional sweet style. As special stars in the review, some historical rarities from the treasure chambers such as the 1959 will also be available for sample.
