Alcohol Strategy and Licensing

The Northern Ireland legislative assembly is due to consider policy proposals relating to licensing and binge drinking shortly.  The WSTA has been engaged in discussions with Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and officials as policy development takes place and we are working closely with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) to make sure that test purchasing, which is due to start soon, is conducted sensibly and proportionately.
